Mountain Valleys Health Centers Celebrates National Health Center Week with Free Barbeques and Health Screenings.
"Community Wellness Week" fairs with free barbeque and health screenings for the whole family. Free oral health screening and medical screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, and height/weight/BMI. Free adult vision screening available with pre-registration by calling 294-5241. Blood draws available at a nominal fee.
