HANC works with its members to stay informed of legislation and policy changes that impact our clinics and the communities they serve. In collaboration with our partners, we share information to keep our members informed and facilitate calls to action to ensure and sustain our local health care safety net and promote access to quality health care for all individuals.

HANC is an active member in both the California Primary Care Association (CPCA) and the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) which provide a forum for information and advocacy on state and federal legislation and policy/advocacy issues impacting health centers.
